What happens if a tool or equipment breaks down while I'm using it?
In the event of any breakdown or malfunction during operation, please contact us for immediate support.
Can I make a reservation for a tool?
Tools and equipment rentals are based on "first come, first serve” basis, so there are no advanced reservations available. If you require special arrangement, please email or call us directly.
Do you provide home or project site delivery?
You may self-collect from our store. We also offer delivery & pick up service for your convenience with little cost.
